Wear Resistance
Abrasion index: 135, based on the national standard benchmark of 100. With a deepened tread pattern depth of 25 mm and an optimized rubber formula, the tire provides 35% better wear resistance than ordinary tires of the same specification, making it suitable for harsh road conditions.

Puncture Resistance
The tread base uses a thickened design with multi-layer steel belt protection. Resistance to punctures from nails and gravel is increased by 40%. The sidewall is additionally equipped with a thickened puncture-resistant buffer rubber layer to reduce the risk of cuts from road shoulders and gravel.

Core Run-Flat Feature
The sidewall uses a reinforced run-flat structure with high-modulus thickened sidewall support rubber. It belongs to heavy-load reinforced technology.

1. Overall Steel Radial Structure
This tire is an all-steel radial heavy-duty tire. The carcass steel cords are arranged radially along the tire, in a 90-degree direction perpendicular to the bead. The belt steel cords wrap around the circumference at a low angle, forming a rigid belt structure. Compared with older bias tires, this design provides high strength, low heat generation, and heavy-load resistance.

2. Layer Structure, From Inside to Outside

Carcass Ply Layer, Radial Carcass

  • Number of layers: 1 layer of high-strength steel cord fabric, forming an all-steel radial structure.
  • Cord arrangement: Radial 90-degree arrangement. The force follows the radial direction of the tire. Under heavy load, the carcass deforms evenly, resists flex fatigue, and reduces repeated compression cracking.
  • Bead area: The steel cords are turned up and reinforced, extending to the upper-middle position of the sidewall. Together with run-flat support rubber, this improves sidewall compression resistance.
  • Compared with bias tires: Bias tires use multiple crossed fabric layers, generating more heat and aging more easily. The single-layer steel radial carcass has smaller deformation, better heat dissipation, and greatly improved durability.

Belt System, 4 Layers of Steel Belts

  • Layers 1 and 2: High-elongation steel cord fabric, cushioning impacts and absorbing impact force from gravel and road bumps.
  • Layers 3 and 4: High-modulus, low-angle steel layers, wrapping around the circumference at approximately 18-22 degrees and rigidly tightening the tread.
  • Function: Restrains tread deformation, stabilizes the tread contact area, improves puncture resistance and wear resistance, suppresses tread warping under heavy load, reduces tread block chunking, and improves durability.

Tread Rubber Layer

  • Upper tread layer: High-wear-resistant and cut-resistant rubber formula with large deepened tread blocks, resistant to gravel cutting and abrasion.
  • Tread base rubber: Low-heat buffer rubber, isolating impacts, protecting the belt steel cords, and preventing hard objects from directly striking the steel cords and causing cord breakage.

Advantages of All-Steel Material
Steel cords have much higher strength than fiber cords, with resistance to tension and impact. The 20PR high-ply-rating design is suitable for large-tonnage heavy loads and complex harsh road conditions.

Technical Precautions for Use

  1. Run-flat does not mean the tire will never burst. Impacts with sharp hard objects, severe overloading, and long-term operation with insufficient tire pressure can still cause tire burst damage. Continued long-distance heavy-load driving is prohibited.

  2. Strictly follow the inflation pressure standard. Regularly check whether the sidewall has impact bulges, and regularly perform tire pressure testing.
